About Me

I am Cindy Clark, owner and managing director of Accura Tax Consultancy N.V. Based on the sunny island of Aruba, I am a tax advisor/lawyer with over 18 years of experience. Very fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento, I provide personalized and tailor made tax services to national and international clients in the public and the private sector. With a Master’s Degree in Tax law from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands, I started my career in the Netherlands. After migration to Aruba I worked in the private sector as well as the public sector.

My key experiences include the development of tax solutions and strategies for national and international companies, tax due diligence, development and evaluation of (government) fiscal policies and laws and economic government policies.

I am a faith-walker, God-driven, passionate about Christ and helping the less fortunate and have occupied various board positions in charitable organizations. I want to give back love, peace and compassion and show that with God you can achieve the humanly impossible.

The driving motivation behind my business is to help people gain an understanding in the Aruba taxes, to create fairness in paying their taxes and to help solve issues with the tax authorities.

To fulfill that purpose, I have made it my mission to have a personalized approach to every client/customer and take the client by the hand to step by step solve his/her issues and take away his/her concerns.
